This policy explains how Taylor Wilson, MS, RDN (“we”) handles information collected through taylorwilsonrd.com.
Information you give us
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, state, insurance plan, how you heard about us, and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to check your insurance coverage before a first visit.
Please don’t include detailed medical information in the contact form. Anything clinical is best shared after you book, through the secure client portal.
Booking and client care
Appointment requests and all client records are handled by SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant practice management platform, under its own privacy policy. Health information you share as a client is protected under HIPAA and covered by the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices, which you receive when you become a client.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site uses Google Tag Manager to load analytics tools that use cookies to measure visits, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived. This information is aggregated and isn’t used to identify you. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
To prevent spam, the contact form briefly records your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time. These records expire automatically after 10 minutes.
Google reviews
The homepage displays reviews that clients have posted publicly on the practice’s Google Business Profile, showing the reviewer’s first name and last initial. This site reads those reviews from Google using the practice’s own account and doesn’t access any visitor’s Google account. To have your review removed from this site, edit or delete it on Google or contact us.
How information is shared
We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and practice (email delivery, hosting, scheduling and analytics), only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.

You can ask us what information we hold about you from this website, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing or calling using the details below.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
