A Hobby Transformed into a Fulfilling Career

My journey in the professional world began as a consultant for a prominent accounting firm. Despite the opportunity to travel across the country, I found myself struggling from long hours, lack of sleep, and constant stress that took a toll on my personal health. Determined to improve my well-being and those around me, I spent my free time researching nutrition and wellness practices.

In 2015, I took a leap of faith and quit my stable job. I went on to earn a Master's Degree in Nutrition Science and licensure as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Over the past several years, I have had the privilege of working with various health clubs, fitness studios, and corporations to provide both 1-on-1 and group nutrition coaching. I have also had the opportunity to consult for several professional sports teams as well as collegiate and high school sports teams.

I am thrilled to continue to expand my nutrition practice and eager to help you improve your health and well-being!
